Here is a beautiful Belluva Art Nouveau antique brass & metal desk lamp. It does work nicely. The lamp socket and arm is made of brass the base is metal and has very decorative base with Oak leaves and acorns. The socket is marked \"Trade Mark Belluva H.G. McFadden & Co. New York\". It is also stamped on side with the date \" Pat 7-10-17\". The shade i do not believe is original and was probably added later, but shines very nicely and accents the lamp well. The shade is white and has a clear crest scalloped edge. It has no chips or cracks in shade. The cord is original and does have a place close to the plug that has been taped years ago, so it may need replaced. It plugs in and works well, and the switch is a push in / out type that works nicely as well. Very decorative antique lamp. It also is adjustable at the top andbottom for desired lighting. The lamp measures approx 11\" tall to socket and with globe it measures about 15\" tall. Nice old brass lamp that would compliment any household. Original estate find fresh to the market.
