Antique 18th C Enamel Battersea Bilston Patch Snuff Pill Box Motto Doves Pink. Bilston Georgian Enamel little box-fluted pink bottom,top has a raised garland,and features 2 purple birds holding a ribbon AMANS FIDELLE Latin for forever Love, True Love Forever .English late 1700\'s. there\'s a cracked area on the top- which has some glue residue ( could be removed with a fingernail) The lid closes but does not \"click\" ,tiny pepper flake of loss on bottom. Aside from the \"accident\" that occurred to the top- this little box is in quite wonderful condition-no crazing or scratching or wear really ( amazing for it\'s 200 + years!) .Bright, clean ,shiny-inside too!Measures 2 1/4\" x 1.5\" x 1\".Wonderful little gem!
