Here is a very lovely pair of antique bisque porcelain Kate Greenaway style children. The boy is 6 5/8 inches tall and the girl about 6 3/8 inches tall. The girl has a typical in the making oval mark / surface crack on her back. See photos 5 + 6. It has a slightly raised surface and appears stable. They are both otherwise in excellent condition with no further chips, cracks or repairs. Nicely decorated in blue with gold trim winter coats. The girl is holding a doll and has her other hand hidden in a muff. The maker is unknown but I suspect probably German. Recently fresh from an estate sale of some fine antiques.
