For your consideration is this antique German bisqueKewpie figure called the Governor or Mayor. It is 3 1/2\" tall. I thought it was perfect until I started taking pictures and found a chip on the front left leg of the chair (see pictures). On the bottom you can see two smallfiring cracks. This piece books fof $200 to $250 if it is perfect.
