Antique Black Americana Jumping Jack Wooden Toy Acrobat :

Being offered for sale is an antique/vintage1930s/40’s wooden jumping jack toy. Itis hand painted; a black face and yellow jumpsuit. The jumping jack is heldtogether with two poles that measure 9 ¼” long.The acrobat is attached to the poles with strings (not the originalstrings) and when you squeeze the bottom of the poles he jumps and swings allover. The man measures 6 ¾” long withhis arms stretched. His joints areattached by metal pegs. There is a wooden stand that is included and pictured;I think it was homemade at a later time to fit the jumping jack. There are also some remnants of old newspaperattached to the bar under the acrobats feet--possibly an old sale sticker orsomething to that effect.
