One of the special rosettes, this one is featured in the book \"Bridle Rosettes\".
The Thoroughbred horse is chestnut with a diamond blaze, and wears a hunt bridle. It is a very nice image. The background is neutral. The glass dome is very high and thick.
The rim is a solid double brass type, and the diameter is 2\". There is a slight dent at 6 o\'clock.
This is a sizeable rosette, and the back is polished zinc/ lead mixture that was used early in the manufacture of these rosettes. The loop is very strong and not bent.
