This is a rare, hard to find Antique British Naval Officers BICORN hat made by Mathews Outfitters Portsea. The age dates to approximately 1800. Hat it 16 \" from tip to tip. It is in very good shape for its age. The tin case has a few dents but it is structurally sound. This is a great piece of history.
