A rare find! Antique Victorian sterling silver miniature perfume bottle with

repoussé work on both sides. Silver case is hinged and opens to reveal a glass perfume bottle with stopper.

Lid clasp closes tight and serves as a bail for a chain with two loops for hanging.

Fully hallmarked.

Henry Matthews, Birmingham England 1896 mark.

Measures: 1.87 inches tall, 1.25 inches wide and 0.75 inches thick.

Lid has an old dent. Possible dent at neck. Tarnished.

Has held perfume and has strong fragrance of that perfume.

Weight 30 grams.
