Here is a very good quality Antique Helmet it is in fine untouched condition of a 15th century Burgonet crested open face ; Style perhaps German European good outer surfaces. No rusting or pitting. Well-built riveted Construction hammered and formed rolled edges nice solid piece. The hinge side mount cheak piece is missing. Or whatever was attached to the hinges. Has a number of holes around the edges for attaching chainmail and or padding and lining.It weighs 708 GramsPlease refer to the pictures and feel free to ask any questions.This is part of a large collection of armor that I am selling.The last 2 pictures are of a portion of the collection.They came from the Portland theatrical company which moved to Portland sometime before the 1860s and this Armour collection is part of their special vintage collection.
