This is a beautifully carved antique butter press / stamp. It features lovely details and has been carved by a master carver. This mold has a beautiful patina and signs of age typical for a piece from the early to mid 1800\'s. It is in good antique condition, please see the photos for the complete description. This mold / press set includes the large butter mold with a handle and removable swan press piece. This comes from an estate of an east coast antique dealer and I purchased the pinapple press piece. The pineapple piece does not fit the handle. The large mold measures about 4 1/2\" wide with and about 4\" tall. The handle measures 4 1/4\" long. The swan press measures about 3 1/4\" across and about 1\" thick. The pineapple press measures about 2 7/8\" across and 1\" thick.
This lovely mold and presses will be packed with care and will be fully insured.
