Antique c1900 Broderie Anglaise Lace Trimmed Nightgown Romantic Farmhouse:

This night gown is a creamy off white color.

Made of stiff cotton.

It has eight buttons going down the front and one on each sleeve opening.

It is treadle sewn except for the button holes which are meticulously handsewn.

It measures 48\" long, 18\" shoulder to shoulder, 44\" c chest, 50\" c waist, 14\" c armpit hole, 19\" sleeve length, 6\" c sleeve opening when buttoned, and 10 1/2\" c collar when top button is buttoned.

There are a few tiny holes/tears ranging from pin dot to about rice size, a light gray marks a little longer than 1\", there are a few spots throughout ranging from pin dot to about pea size, a couple water marks at the bottom ranging from palm size to about hand size, a 4\" long tear on the back, and there is a 1\" long tear near the end of the sleeve. (See photos.) There is also some light age tanning at the top that was too light to photograph.

A nice one to display, or use for vintage photography or theatre.
