A rare find! Perfect for creative displays!This is an antique child\'s \"convertible\" sled and stroller - made by the Auto-Wheel Coaster Co. This particular model is \"Tiny Tot\". Likely from the early 20th century. The sled/stroller has a wood slat backing and seat and a long push handle for stroller use. The wheels fold back underneath the seat for stroller use. They fold out - which then makes the rails available for the sled and the attachment to the wheels will allow for a rope to be tied to it for pulling. The seat has \"arm rests\" attached by red round wooden dowels. The measurements are approx 33\" length, 13\" width and 34\" height. The seat backing and long handle can be folded down for storage if desired. \"TINY TOT\" is printed on top of seat. On bottom it reads: \"Mfd. by Auto-Wheel Coaster Co., Inc. 120 North Tonawanda , N.Y., U.S.A. Wood - Northern White Ash Runners - High Carbon Spring Steel. \" Overall it is in good condition - with some light rust/darker spots on wheel rims and other metal parts. The slats show some erosion of the varnish. A couple of bolts on the piece appear to be new. I have done my best in describing this unique sled. Please ask any questions.
