Antique Chinese FAMILLE NOIRE VASE

18th Century

This incredible FamilleNoire Vase has 3 Dragons circling around its circumference, rising in fullmoonlight through the clouds, surrounded by auspicious bats. It is a finely decorated baluster vase in the style of the female form. The vase originally had a top cap, which I do not have. Another top can be found for the vase. I have enjoyed the vase without a top.

The finish on thisbeautiful vase is in excellent condition. The dragons are depicted in lustrouscolors swirling out of the black background.

I purchased this vase in1968 in an antiques store in NYC.

The vase has beenappraised as 18th Century.

Size: 7” Diameter x 16” H.

Condition: Excellent.
