This is a beautiful old figural inkwell, approximately 4\" tall, up to 5 1/2\" long, up to 2 3/4\"wide.

Heavy cast metal in the shape of a resting camel with a fancy saddle. The top of the saddle is hinged and opens up to show the small removable glass inkwell. Hand painted.

Age and origin unknown, no manufacturing marks. Probably dates to around 1900.

In excellent condition, however there are a few small paint flakes missing.
