This is a stunning and gently used antique mantel clock. This clock has been in our family for about fifty years. It has a paper sticker on the backside that reads \" Carp Manufactured by Wm. L. Gilbert Clock Co. Winsted, Conn\". There are keys as shown. I haven\'t used the clock in years and it was safely stored away. I can\'t guarantee 100% accuracy of the time kept. The mantle clock is wood and has a hinged door and a glass door. The door is intact. It has a pretty bird and floral design on the glass. I see no cracks, chips or breaks to the glass. The face of the clock does have some discoloration and appears to be missing a screw.. The hands are intact but they will need to be adjusted. It has a bell and dinger. The dinger will strike the bell on the hour every 1/4, 1/2 and 3/4 hours. There are three keys and I do not know if they are original or not. The clock will wind and the pendulum will swing. The pendulum moves and the clock ticks. Again not 100 % sure the time kept is accurate but the hands move and the bell will ding etc. The door has a latch that is intact and will keep the door closes. There is a nice staining to the wood. There are some nicks, marks and dusty crevices to the wood. No cracks, chips or breaks in the wood. It is in very nice condition for its age. There is some tarnish to the brass and hinges as well. Measures approx. 13.75\" long x 4.5\" wide x 22\" tall. Please expect normal wear from age , use and storage. Please see photos for more detailed look. Email any questions you have.
