Hard Wood Dark Brown
The front face has a moving piece that locks the box.
There are some blemishes.
1. On the locking face, there was a pin in a hole to keep the box shut, but the pin is no longer there.
2. The bottom has a JY in red
3. The locking mechanism has had some repair work (glued) to the inside wood mechanism.
Excellent condition for its age.
