This is a Bronze or Brass Cigar Ashtray & Match Holder. Some of these were made of cast Iron and some were made of Bronze as this one was. Bronze being the most sought after and demand the higher price. This one is in very good condition with no signs of damage other then some solder on the bottom screw. Size is 5-1/4\" across both directions and the height is 5.75\" .. The diameter of the cigar rest will hold a large \"Stogie type\" cigar.It is a vintage item in very good condition.
