Check out this nice old still elephant bank. I think he is made of cast iron, but when I look at it at the bottom of feet and side where smoothed it appears to be bronze. You be the judge. Would make a great gift for a special occasion, or keep for yourself.

Could not remove the screw to look at inside for a makers mark. Never seen the ears affixed the way these are with what appears to be copper over the rod the goes into the body. The elephant is 7\" long, by 4.75\" tall, by 3\" wide. Let us know if you have any questions or need additional pictures.
