This hanger\'s mount bracket is a little askew but looks like it would be easy to straighten. Wheel turns nicely, overall surface rust but solid. The overall length is 11 1/2\" and the bracket is 6\" with bolts at 2\" from top and 5 1/2\" from top, appears a 3 1/4\" dis. wheel, thank you
