Main Description
This fine antique Chinese Export Silver (CES) salver has plain oval form.
The surface of the Chinese silver salver is plain and unembellished.
The raised swept border is ornamented with two fine and impressive applied iconic Chinese dragon designs incorporating a vacant circular cartouche between their two heads.
The rim of the salver is encompassed with a band of applied moulded decoration.
The silver salver is supported by four impressive tiered bracket style feet.
Condition
This antique salver is an exceptional gauge of silver, fine quality and in excellent presentation condition.
The applied decoration is very sharp.
Maker\'s mark and character mark struck to the reverse of the salver are very clear.
