ANTIQUE CHINESE FENCAI PORCELAIN PLATE MANDARIN DUCKS IN A POND QING PERIOD

The featured item represents an antique Chinese porcelain plate that measures approximately 1\" tall, 8 1/4\" across the rim and 5 1/8\" at the base. I believe the piece was crafted during the late Qing, possibly Guangxu period. But I could be wrong.

Beautifully painted in vivid overglaze enamels. Key fret border to the tim and a wider border with alternating reserves with flowers and birds. The face of the plate depicts two ducks in a pond with lotus flowers and three yellow birds in the air. The scene is surrounded by a red circle and other geometrical borders.

The item comes in overall good condition with no major damages like cracks or repairs. Small chip to the rim and the foot. Normal painting imperfections.
