For your consideration we are offering these antique Civil War era brass rein guide terrets. These were used on the horse\'s buggy or wagonharness to help keep the slack out of the reins. Both havethe swivel plate centers. The one on left with the broken screw mount was recovered back in the 1980\'s while metal detecting the old wagon road leading to the main fort in Winchester, Va. The other was dug near Stephenson\'s Depot near Winchester, Va. These measure about 1 1/2\" dia. We will consider a reasonable offer.
