Antique Civil War era Victorian eraNew England pewter coffee pot with a ‘Patent Applied For’ tin base and Victorianstyle relief cast decoration in lightly used condition including old oxidizedsurface and having an attractive Victorian relief cast portrait on eachside. New England, probably W. W.Stevens, Portland, ME, 1865. 9 ½” tall by 5 1/4” diameter at the bottom. Guaranteed old and original, this is nota fake or reproduction. Very goodnear perfect original condition noting only appropriate surface wear and agetone oxidation to the whole surface, as found. Please see photographs. As found in an Auburn, Maine estate.
