Offered is an early Claw Hammer Head that I think would date into the early to mid 1800s
It has nice angle chamfering on the sides that terminate at the striking head
I do not see any makers marks on this, it has nice surface / patina
It is approx. 1 1/4\" wide by 4 1/2\" long
