Antique Cranberry Muffineer Reverse Thumbprint Sugar Shaker Glass Fenton?
The reason I put Fenton with a question mark is that there seems to be confusion out there, some claim these very early
muffineers are Fenton, some claim they are made by others. It is mostly identical to later Fenton pieces except the rim and lid.
I am thinking possibly these are Fenton, just very early and they later changed the cap design.
The rough rim is nothing to be hesitant about, it is how it was made. It is not chipped, and it is not sharp. These are as much as 80 years earlier
than later renditions. The cap and threading works perfectly without issues.
This measures 4 3/4\" tall. A really beautiful piece of antique cranberry glass. There is some natural oxidation to the lid.
