this is a beautiful early 1900s art nouveau matching set bracelet and locket. each item is etched with a flower, and each piece has two flowers. the flowers are a rose gold color. the bracelet is marked [ the d.f.b. co. Carmen 4x0 made in usa research shows that 4xo means 14k gold field. ] the pendant locket is marked [ bates and b ]. I do not know why they are marked different, but exact etching. research shows that they were gold filled though not marked. iam describing only to what I have read on these beautiful items. rare to have two matching items. they look like they were only worn a little. there are no wear marks. the bracelet is for a smaller wrist, it measures like 2 1/2\" inside. the dia. of the bracelet face is 3/4\" the locket is 1 1/8\" in dia. great collectables. I ship only usa but I will calculate Hawaii and Alaska. thank you, please ask if any questions. buyer pays return shipping. items must be in same condition as when received. just a note, there is a hidden compartment the back of bracelet comes off, it should be taken to a jeweler to do this. I have not opened it.
