Nice Deco Period European 935 Silver Guilloche Enamel Cigarette / Tobacco Case & Lighter. Most likely from Germany or Switzerland. Case measures 3 3/8\" long x 2 1/4\" height. The case weighs approximately 145 grams. It has 2 \"935\" stamped hallmarks and some serial numbers on the inside of case (see photos). The interior of the case is gilt enameled. The outer case is guilloche blue enamel with fleur de lis designs on reverse. The case closes just fine and locks into place.
The lighter is not working and has no lighter fluid in it.
