Not sure of the application (anyone out there know?) . It is not frozen and moves freely as it should. Solid housing , no noticeable cracks or other damage!

Comes with all parts shown

Rotor has a chip near base, and only 1 set of the dual points remain. Minimal play in shaft.

Item is in good rebuild-able condition!
