ITEM DETAILS:

Up for sale is an antique table lamp with Large puffy style dome glass shade. The shade sits on a large rimed ring that is supported by the lamps main post. The lamp holds 2 light sockets using an“S” shaped socket cluster.

The lamp base was completely painted and was stripped off and so was most of the patina on the metal. The metal was carefully polished and the base is actually solid bronze or Brass – Scratches to the under side of the bottom shows bright golden metal. The metal base may be copper plated but either way, the base is cast bronze or brass and has thistle and leaves motif in the base.

The lamp is about 18 inches tall and the base is just under 9 inches wide – the shade fitter rim installed on this lamp is approximately 10 inches wide and the lamp weights in at approximately 8 Lbs before packing.

The puffy shade is in great condition with only a few minor rim chips that are not visible when the shade is sitting in the shade holder ring. A beautiful lamp
