Antique Dressing Table Vanity Jar Green Man HM Silver Lid Hobnail Glass 1904:

Lovely little silver lidded vanity jar for the dressing table in very good overall condition for its age. This is 114 years old.
The design on the lid is of the Green Man and there are birds at either side above his face in amongst the foliate scrolls.
The cartouche is blank.
Fully hallmarked for Birmingham 1904.
There are some tiny nibbles at one side of the jar rim, these are miniscule, there are also a couple of small dinks in the silver, these do not detract in any way.
This jar stands c 3.5 cms tall with the lid in place.
This would be a great addition to any dressing table.
