Up for offer is a vintage stamped eagle hood ornament / mascot by Louis V. Aronson.
-This is heavily plated with what looks like a nickel finish.
-The hood ornament is nickel plated and measures approximately 5\" in overall height.
-The black painted radiator cap measures approximately 3 1/16\" across the top. The threaded inside diameter measures approximately 1 15/16\" across with 16 threads per inch.
-Stamped on the base of the hood ornament is: 1917 C (with a circle around it for copyright) L.V. ARONSON.
Application: The hood ornament is universal and would look great on any car, truck, motorcycle or boat. For the radiator cap, please make sure the car is right for your car. If it doesn\'t fit, you can replace it.
Condition: This is in very good condition.
-The eagle hood ornament: looks very nice. The nickel finish looks excellent. The stamps are still crisp.
-The painted radiator cap: looks good. The surface is nice and smooth, but there is some paint loss. The threads look great.
