DESCRIPTION:

ITEM: ANTIQUE Early VICTORIAN 9ct Pink Gold SWISS ENAMEL ~ Christ at the Well ~ PIN

APPROXIMATE AGE: Mid 19th Century - Circa 1840\'s-1860\'s

APPROXIMATE SIZE: The pin measures just slightly under 1 1/4\" long by 1\" wide.

ANTIQUE CONDITION:Very Good overall antique condition with very minor surface wear noted that is consistent with age and gentle use. No damaged or missing enamel. The brooch is fitted with a \"C\" style pin back clasp that functions properly and securely.

WEIGHT: The pin has an approximate gram weight of 5.85 grams.

MARKS: Unmarked. The gold frame has been acid tested and is guaranteed solid 9ct gold.

SPECIAL NOTES: The pin depicts Christ at a well with a Samaritan woman(John 4:4-26). The enamel work has been done on a copper base that was bezel set into a custom made 9K pink gold pin frame. Very fine detail and exceptional antique condition. Far, far nicer than shown!!!
