This sale is for a super rare antique c.1860 era Eastlake bedroom set made of Ash wood (very rare for that time), all original hardware on the marble drop well dresser and all of the Eastlake hand carving finials above the mirror and the bed are just stunning. As you can see the drawers were done by a true wood craftsman. Very rare do you see dovetail drawers with dowels as well. Both the bed and the dresser are in fantastic condition. We have not even cleaned or polished these pieces up yet i just took a few pictures of some of the newest estate pieces we just brought into the store that we just bought so please ignore the white chalk marks that look like scratches and other dust that dulls the pieces in pictures. we have 5 employees but between upholstery, unloading and loading trucks and then running online sometimes i dont get to have the pieces polished up until after but i will try to take some pictures once we polish this up. piece has a beautiful hand carved Eastlake designs and hand carving features. The marble is clean and in great shape and all of the drawers open and close with no problems at all. These have been very well taken care of over the years. The dresser has all original hardware with no chipping in the finial or dents or scratches. No broken or chipped marble etc. Just a beautiful bedroom set. The dresser measures 44\" long X 18\" deep X 88\" high (with a gorgeous finial above the mirror. The bed measures 62\" long (across) X 65\" high X 80\" deep. We have another 15 eastlake pieces with marble top dressers and side tables but they are all mahogany and a couple oak bedroom sets i will try to list them as soon as i can. This is a local pick up only unless you would like to arrange your own shipping services which in that case we will make sure the items are bubble wrapped and place plastic on it.
