This set is semi sheer off, windowpane white cotton.
The length of the skirt makes us think this suit was for a young teenage girl.
The top measures 20\" long in the front, 17 1/2\" long in the back, 37\" c chest, 38 1/2\" c waist, about 13\" shoulder to shoulder, about 21\" c sleeve length, and a 12\" c collar. The skirt has a 23\" c waist, it is 24\" long in the front, 25\" long in the back, 21\" long on the sides, and has about 40\" c hips.
The top has some wear as photo\'d, such has a few spots, some loose threads, a couple holes, faded print, and some tanning/soiling around the collar and underarms. The skirt has a couple spots, a couple little holes in the cotton, a couple breaks in the trim on the bottom, and there is loose loop and a hook that is completely detached but still connected to a loop. (See photos.) There is also some faint tanning that was too light to photograph.
A wonderful walking suit, that would have been paired with black stockings and large brimmed hat!
