Up for sale is this lovely and rare 1866 Jerome Kidder\'s Celebrated Electro Magnetic Machine. The machine is very interesting in that it has a glass bottle and beaker with it. The machine is overall in good condition with some slight wear as illustrated in the photos. I found a small broken piece in the bottom of the case, but I don\'t know if it is actually from this machine or not, I couldn\'t find any place on the machine where it might have belonged. The machine comes with everything depicted in the photos. The box when closed measures 8.75 inches by 8.25 inches and is approximately 6.75 inches high. All in all a great, rare and early piece electric shock machine and a nice example of Victorian quackery.
