Up for your consideration is an Antique English 8 3/8 inch Plate made by Joseph Spackman & Co. in the mid to late 1700\'s.
Description - this plate is 8 3/8 inches in diameter. It has some areas of discoloration, some minor dents, pits and scratches. This plate has many markings on the back side. From the top to bottom the first says CORNHILL LONDON, below that to the left it says JOSEPH above and SPACKMAN below with what looks like a crown in the middle. Just to the right is another touch mark that has a crown above, a design in the middle, and LONDON on the bottom. Below that are the initials L C which is probably the initials of the first owner. At the bottom there are the hall marks and they are very hard to make out. Please refer to the pictures and thanks for looking.
