A Gorgeous Antique Estate Victorian Silk Ladies Fan, Framed in Shadow Box, Late 1800s. This is from my Great Aunt\'s Estate and was framed in the shadow box by her. I have never had it removed from the box, so am not sure of the materials or the age, but based on her age am fairly confident it was from the late 1800s. I believe the fan material to be silk with hand embroidered dainty pink flowers and hand painted greenery accent with an ornate silk border. The fan itself is approximately 11\" wide and 8 1/4\" tall. It is in very good condition, other than a piece at the top has torn from the fan (as shown in the pictures). The shadow box frame has a gold border with a french blue (looks like velvet) interior material. The frame is 16\" wide and 13 1/2\" tall. It weighs 3.6 lbs. A great victorian find!!
