~Superb quality and design, just look at how the cane radiates from the center medallion…a carved fleur-de-lis~

~Beautiful silhouette, with large oval caned center panel, graceful & regal~

~Bobbin turned side posts AND bobbin turned lower stretcher (always a sign of quality when the lower stretcher matches the posts)~
~Upper arched top compliments the oval center screen~

~Large bracket feet for stability and support~

~Quality details….well built by craftsmen of the period~

We don\'t find these as often as we have in the past, and this one is absolutely superb! These fireplace stands aren\'t just for the fireplace anymore, decorators love using them on a sideboard or granite countertop as a backdrop for a grouping of majolica, staffordshire, pewter or copper!

Condition:

This stand is in amazingly good condition for its age, with less than normal signs of age and use, dings, scratches, and other imperfections. I find only one little damaged square in the cane…WOW !!!!
