~One of my favorite items from our last container, I LOVE this ornate antique writing desk or sofa table!~
~CARVING IS FABULOUS…AND EVERYWHERE, some of the nicest carving I’ve seen. Notice even the stretcher spindle is completely carved.~
~UP FINIALS on both sides (usually these are broken off over the years, what a treat to have them!)~

~CARVED ON ALL SIDES~
~CARVED MASK DRAWER HANDLE~
~Top inset with a burgundy velour type textile~

~Imagine the possibilities with this desk/table…it’s finished on all sides, so it would “float” in a room, but be prepared for it to get ALL the attention!~

~Solid and sturdy, well built by craftsmen of the period~

~c1880, look at the drawer!~
