This is veil made of fine tulle netting decorated with embroidered Chantilly lace pieces at the \"crown\" and along the edges finishing in a pretty detailed area at the center back. The veil is edged in delicate needle lace. It is gathered at the top resulting in a full, lavish veil. This is a fingertip lace veil. This piece is typical of the type of veil worn by brides in the Flapper Era, in a simple style which falls from the crown into gentle folds around the face. As can be clearly seen in the photos, it is discolored from age but otherwise in great condition.
