Charmingrendition of Uncle Sam sawing a log. Nice colorful whirligig in working order. He leans slightly to one side. There is a small chip off the back of his stovetop hat and a crack in the top of one of the fans of the wheel but it not loose at all. As shown he has been mounted on an old piece of wood. He measures 15\" long in the sawing position and the fan diameter is 12.75\". I will remove the fan for shipping which is easily put back. The wood base is heavy so if you prefer not to have the base it will reduce the shipping costs some. Please email with any questions and thanks for looking.
