Antique Art Nouveau Figural Mantel Clock

This is a Great looking Turn of the Century Art Nouveau Figural Clock featuring a Beautifully designedGreen OnyxClock Case with Ormolu style reticulated Feet and a lightly aged Golden finish on the Spelter metal Statue of a Young Man titled Vainqueur or Vanity. This old Turn of the Century Clock Displays Well with very little cosmetic wear. The piece he is holding in his left hand is chipped and at one time there may have been something in his right hand as well. This Clock is being Sold as a Decorative Itemand not a Working Timepieceas the clock is over 100 years old though it appears to be in good antique condition with No Key or Pendulum present.TheOrmolu feet are slightly loose but they are solid and could possibly be tightened.

The Plaque on the front reads: VAINQUEUR Par EMILE LAPORTE

The Top half of the Clock (statue and clock) will lift off of the base as there are long bolts running into the base that are currently not secured with bolts but could easily be secured. Displays Well & is Very Sturdy.
