This wonderful panel is an antique French curtain panel that dates c 1880. This gorgeous panel was roller printed and printed using hand carved wooden blocks. The pattern has a simulated warp pattern, meant to simulate the more expensive silks of the day ~*~ this panel has wonderful autumnal tones , deep dark blue ground with auburn, chocolate brown, lovely muted gold tones and ivory ~ This fabric is wonderfully sturdy with a dense heavy weight. Both selvages are present . The top has the original tape, hand stitched on the back to hold the gorgeous metal rings for hanging ( still intact!!! ) A real beauty! This panel is in lovely condition and not freshly laundered, but can be easily hand washed and hung to dry . A lovely cotton fabric, ideal for upholstery, pillows, curtains , wall hangings, etc ~*~ ~*~ ( PR 10)

MEASUREMENTS: this lovely panel measures approx. 30 inches wide by 67-69 inches long ~*~ ~ ( I have multiple panels available, please change the quantity button above if you require more than one matching panel )

Condition : This textile is in as found, unwashed condition with storage dust. This panel may have a tiny hole visible when held to the ligh. Generally lovely condition indeed, however not without the pale signs of time and use often inherent in these wonderful textiles ~*~
