This is a sweet perfect little 15\" cabinet size French fashion doll in her original dress. I think the hat and wig and wig may be original as well, if not they are very old. The blonde human hair wig looks to me to be hand made with a cloth lining. Her lovely antique dress is a lavender purple silk that has some melting that generally comes with age, but still displays very well. It has many pleats, and closes with hooks. It is VERY DETAILED!! The dress has a built in gauze type of lining/slip underneath. It could use with a cleaning, but I will let the next owner do that if they want to. She wears Antique underwear which consists of a slip and pantaloons. I don\'t know the age of the socks, but they look old. Her shoes are antique black leather high tops with two buttons on the side. They appear to be in pretty good condition for age. I see no markings on the shoes or her neck. I checked the head and breast plate for damage with a light and I did not see any. Her head maintains its original cork pate that is missing small parts on the side, so I was able to look in that way in a dark room. I did not want to damage it.

Her eyes are glass cobalt blue. She has beautiful painting! She has been in a glass case since it have owned her. We are a non smoking household. Her body is leather with separate fingers and has a couple of holes in the arms, but they don\'t seem to be leaking any saw dust. Please look at the pictures carefully and ask questions, because everything is sold as is. All shipping cost are the responsibility of the buyer.
