This lovely Antique French mirror is in wonderful condition considering its age. The mirror features a very detailed hand paintedportrait of a woman, looking similar to Marie Antoinette in the 1770\'s.Theportrait is signed, and although I am having troublereading the signature, I see \"A. Josuny\". The beautiful youngwoman is wearing a dusted pink low cut dress, with grayish curled hairanda blue headband. Around theportrait there is beautiful leaf likedetails that also move downinto the handle. There are three bezel set stones, which we have not tested. There are also 4 stones missing around theportrait. The reverse side is very plain, with three stamps and areflective surface. This surface doeshave some damage, pleaseview the photos closely. The first stamp looks like a Flower, the second is a capitol \"A\" and the third is K-K. I have done some research, and have not been able to find anything to tell me what these could stand for.The mirror measures 5.75\" long and 3.15\" wide and 5mm thick. The total weight is 3.45oz. The portrait measures 2.25\" wide.
