An Exquisite Antique French Valance / Pelmet

Fine quality Duck Egg Blue silk velvet ( paler in colour than the photos make it appear)

Decorated with panels of cream watered silk embroidered with beautiful flowers and pretty ribbon work

Finished with antique silk trim

Either from a Bed Canopy or Window Treatment in a Salon

Some rubbing to velvet in areas. Lining is stained. No losses to trim some bobbles are just folded back in color in most circumstances is a fairly Pale Duck Egg Blue. When photography lights shine on it goes much darker as in most of the photos.

Its all to do with the lay of the nap on the velvet. Turn it one way and its darker the other way much lighter.

I do have a pair which I am selling 84 inches long .

middle is 20 inches deep

ends are 25 inches deep.

not including trim which is 1.5 inches
