STUNNING ~ a spectacular antique French printed curtain panel dating c1840 ~ LOVELY design ~ extremely elegant and wonderfully printed using the root of the madder plant ~ this fabric is a medium weight linen and cotton blend, very finely and densely woven. The original 4 metal rings are hand stitched to the top of this panel for hanging ~ the tones of this fabric are simply wonderful, warm aged, ruddy tones of brown, latte and lovely rusty ruddy red on an aged ground ~ absolutely wonderful for any period interior. This panel can be used hung as is or lovely for many projects! ~*~ Ideal for light upholstery, pillows, window treatments, hangings etc ~*~ ~ an heirloom treasure ~*~ ~*~ ( FF 2002)

MEASUREMENTS : This lovely panel measures : 108 inches long by 32 inches wide ~.

CONDITION:I\'ve hand laundered this lovely panel and it\'s ready to use. There are a few tiny holes and some very small holes in this panel. They can be closed. There is a 1 inch tear near the top that can be closed and near the bottom is a wonderful hand stitched mend ~*~ There are pale age marks in places on this stunning panel giving that stunning warm aged look to this beautiful panel ~*~
