Freshman Masterpiece Battery Operated Radio.Circa 1926, theornamented solid wood cabinetshows obvious wear, but is sound.Dial faces are crisply marked and visible through each of the 3 Metal escutcheons above the controls. Three of the five knobs appear original and the controls do move.Jacks on bottom left for \"Horn\" speaker & right for head \"Phone\". Top lifts to reveal \"5\" tube sockets (no tubes), Brass variable condenser/capacitor and connection posts. For Parts / Repair - or - will at least provide some excellent parts for another project. Measures approximately 24W x 11H x10D and weighs about 24 lbs.
