Stunning Georgian Regency Period Diamond, Ruby & Pearl Cluster Ring c1825A rare & stunning Regency Period Gold Diamond, Ruby & Pearl Cluster Ring, which dates to c1825(please see the detailed close-upphotographs provided, which form an integral part of the item\'s description).
This wonderful Antique Ring, which weighs 2.2 grams, has a plain tapered shank leading to the beautiful pierced scrolled shoulders supporting the circular bezel (diameter approx\' 9.0mm), which is set centrally with a Diamond surrounded by four split Pearls interspersed with four Ruby spacers, with a further split Pearl set to either side of the cluster to create a ring that is simply sublime.
Typical of the period, the ring is unmarked but it is guaranteed to be made from solid Gold (testing at approx\' 15 carat).Overall the ring is in really great condition with only wear, as shown, commensurate with a ring that was a loved and treasuredpossession.
This superb Regency Ring is sized as a UK Ring Size \'N 1/2\', which equates to a US Ring Size \'7\'; as with almost all antique rings the band is slightly ovalized i.eit is not perfectly round and it measures slightly differently on the gaugedepending on how it is positioned, however this will not affect the ring whenworn.
