Antique Georgian Sheffield Silver Plate 1 Pint Tankard Loving Cup :

A one pint capacity loving cup or twin handled old Sheffield plate tankard. It looks to have had a makers name just under the top rim but this is extremely worn and cannot be read. The cup stands 5.75\" tall and is 3.75\" in diameter measuring 7\" from handle to handle. It is in good antique condition free from any splits or dents etc but with the usual plating wear and some copper bleed often found on these items. It displays well.
